Refund policy
Because our products are temperature-sensitive and integrity-sensitive research chemicals, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products.
Cancellations Before Shipment
If your order has not shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting support@meridianhealth.com with your order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. Verified claims will be replaced at no cost or refunded at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, first check with neighbors, your mailroom, or your local carrier.
If the package remains missing after five business days, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim.
Incorrect Item Received
If we shipped the wrong product, notify us within seven days of delivery. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.
